Some members of the pedophile community have come up with a new strategy for gaining sexual access to underage children without having to face the consequences of the law: simply self-identify as an LGBTQ and voilà, you can now do whatever you want, thanks to your new protected status as a minority “victim” of cultural oppression.
This is the tactic being employed by Jonathan “Jessica” Yaniv, an alleged pedophile and “loud and proud” member of the LGBTQ community from Canada who, in order to get away with seeking sex with underage girls, is pretending to be a “lesbian woman” – meaning you can’t discriminate against “her” for simply “expressing herself,” because that would be a “hate crime.”
Recently, Yaniv tried to fulfill “her” fetish for underage girls by planning a “topless” LGBT pool party at a local public swimming facility near Vancouver. Yaniv specifically requested that parents not be allowed to attend, because having them present would not be “inclusive” as far as achieving “her” goal of having “her” way with little girls.
Yaniv has also filed numerous complaints against various local body-waxing businesses in Vancouver for refusing to wax “her” male genitals, citing “anti-LGBT discrimination.”
By throwing around “her” weight as a member of the cult of LGBTQ, Yaniv has created a vehicle through which “she” can now try to override legal norms thanks to “her” protected status. And it appears to be working, as Yaniv is thus far getting away with this little trick “she” came up with, which is going mostly unchallenged.

Even as Yaniv, along with millions of other LGBTQs, continue to claim victimhood status, the implication being that they are somehow being denied their rights by an “oppressive” society, the fact of the matter is that Yaniv and other LGBTQs actually now have more rights than everyone else, thanks to their protected status.
The many highly inappropriate conversations that Yaniv has had over the years with underage girls on platforms like Facebook, for instance, won’t receive the same scrutiny that they otherwise would, were Yaniv to simply accept the fact that “she” is actually just an obese, adult male, by birth. By claiming to be a “lesbian woman,” Yaniv is effectively shielding “herself” from being held accountable for attempting to commit sex crimes against children.
This could eventually become the new norm in America as well, seeing as how underage “transgenders” like the severely child-abused “Desmond is Awesome” are already stripping in gay bars for old men, to cheers and applause from leftist LGBTQ perverts and their “allies.”
“Allegations that Yaniv used his self-declared ‘female’ status to contact young girls surfaced in October 2018 on the Gender Trender blog and is now archived on breakingnews.ca,” writes Lianne Lawrence, a correspondent for LifeSiteNews‘s Canadian division.
“Gender Trender alleged that in May, June, and July of 2018, a number of teenage girls took to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to claim Yaniv ‘pretended to be transgender’ in order to access private Facebook groups for adolescent girls ‘where he spewed his creepy sexual fetishes about young women, menstruation, toilet and locker room fantasies,'” Lawrence adds.
Screenshots archived at the aforementioned breakingnews.ca website prove that this is true, showing that Yaniv engaged in salacious and highly vulgar exchanges with underage girls, as “she” attempted to get them to discuss their female private parts.
Yaniv’s day job involves running the Vancouver-based tech consulting business “Trusted Nerd,” which “she” uses to review sex toys.
