Leaked plans show that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is planning to turn Canada into a massive climate change police state, complete with armed climate gangs, interrogation rooms and “biological labs.”
Architectural plans obtained by the independent media show that the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is planning to construct a huge compound in Winnipeg with an armory for firearms, special rooms for interrogating climate offenders, those aforementioned biological labs, a slew of media relations offices, “controlled quiet rooms,” and various intelligence facilities.
Trudeau’s future climate enforcement brigades will be tasked with roving Canada in search of “pollution” criminals, which is why the Ministry is right now trying to fill positions for climate pollution officers within a communistic unit dubbed the “Environmental Enforcement Directorate.”
“If you emit too much carbon or use too much fertilizer, you may just be on the Climate Communists’ hit list,” writes Keean Bexte for The Counter Signal, presenting one example as to how Trudeau’s climate fascists will operate.
Something else we know about Trudeau’s climate policing mega-plex is that it will be more than 50,000 square feet and house hundreds of staff members. It will also be home to a weather forecasting staff.
In the final days of Trudeau’s majority government, the Impact Assessment Act (IAA) was quietly passed, granting sweeping new powers to Ministerial “Enforcement Officers.”
These enforcement officers will have the power to enter premises without a warrant under the guise of “verify[ing] compliance or prevent[ing] non-compliance with [the Act].”
“Trudeau’s Climate Police may enter any project location that affects the environment to take photographs, access computer systems and communication devices, and ‘direct any person to put any machinery, vehicle or equipment in the place into operation or to cease operating it,'” Bexte adds.
“Climate Police may also prohibit access to the location entirely.”
Just like The Netherlands and other countries are doing, Canada under Trudeau is waging war on nitrogen and other elements that are used to grow food. This would explain why his new climate policing command center is being placed right in the center of Canada’s agricultural heartland.
ECCC climate police are already busy implementing the agenda, having recently trespassed on private land in Saskatchewan to collect nitrogen samples. The property’s owners say they were confronted by Trudeau’s climate agents who said they were there to test the water for nitrates.
Trudeau recently announced that Canadian farms will need to curb fertilizer use by 30 percent, which will decrease crop outputs and place more strain on the food supply.
“Some observers have said that there is reason to suspect that these actions are the first steps in replicating the attacks on farmers that have provoked widespread unrest in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe,” Bexte explains.
“While the federal government has not yet confirmed it, there is speculation that the water sampling we now know is underway will be used as baseline measurements to enforce reductions in fertilizer usage going forward.”
This war on food being waged by the globalists will not stop unless we make it stop. Are you up to the task?
“Psssst! Nitrogen is 78 percent of the atmosphere. Pass it on,” wrote a commenter at Natural News about how nitrogen is a necessary component of our atmosphere.
“Both nitrogen and carbon are FRIENDS, and as friendly as hydrogen and oxygen when it comes to the building blocks of life,” noted another. “What’s next? A war on oxygen??”
