To help usher more illegal aliens into the United States against the law, Democrats in both the House and the Senate are floating new legislation that would allow migrant invaders to walk into the country unrestricted as long as they declare that they are LGBTQ+.
One piece of legislation introduced last week aims to make it more difficult to detain illegal aliens who declare that they are “gay” or “transgender” because the proposed new rule would recategorize them as “vulnerable persons” who are not to be denied entry under any circumstances.
Another bill, called the Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act, states that any illegal invader who is “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or intersex” should be let into America, no questions asked, because such folks probably face persecution and discrimination in their home countries.
This same bill further states that migrants with “limited English language proficiency,” which is most of them, must also be let into the country without conditions because they, too, are “vulnerable” and require “special status” entry into the country.

As you might expect, the new bills, if passed, will almost surely lead to a surge of illegal aliens suddenly claiming to be LGBTQ+ just so they enter the country illegally without any pushback.
“I’ve only seen a handful of LGBTQ [migrants], but if this is passed I guarantee everyone is going to be LGBTQ,” one of them said in a statement to the Daily Caller. “Someone told them in essence, ‘just say you’re gay.'”
Another agent said he thinks the Biden regime’s agenda is “a joke,” adding that “no one gets special treatment down here.”
“They are all breaking the law and have to go through detainment and processing just like anyone else,” he added.
“It’s just another incentive or tool for them to use to get into our country, with no restrictions,” said yet another Border Patrol agent. “They would be backed by our own government approval, which will only encourage more illegal entry and a reason to gain free entry.”
“Many of them … would think they would get better treatment, expedited processing or complete immunity when it came down to their court date. It feels like a slap in the face to Border Patrol agents. We’ve literally been wondering how much worse things can get under the Biden Administration.”
This same agent further claimed that the true purpose behind all this newly proposed legislation is to collapse the system on purpose, as it is “already collapsing under its own weight.”
“Migrants will just now claim to be LGBT+ to further avoid removal proceedings,” he added. “It will be abused, just like … ‘asylum’ is already.”
By the end of the current fiscal year, according to a new analysis by Princeton Policy Advisors, there will be more than two million illegal border crossings into the U.S. Add to that the 2.3 million that occurred last year and the two million that occurred in 2021 and the total since the start of covid is around 6.3 million illegal border crossings and / or crossing attempts.
In the comment section, someone wrote that these Democrat bills are clearly designed to infuriate “just so they can call everyone homophobic.”
“That’s just it,” responded someone else. “Phobic means we’re afraid. I am not afraid of them; I just plain hate them.”
